Verified Biologics does not state or imply that stem cells, cell therapies, biologics, exosomes, regenerative products or any product Verified Biologics makes available can cure, prevent, reverse, regenerate, repair or treat any disease, injury or medical condition, except where that specific claim is supported by the applicable regulatory status of a specific product and by the evidence associated with it.
Where this website describes research, it is describing areas of active scientific study. Research describes questions being investigated. It does not describe outcomes you should expect.
3. Established, investigational and research use are different things
This website distinguishes deliberately between four categories, and we ask you to hold that distinction while reading anything about this field — here or anywhere else.
- Established medical use. A specific product reviewed by the relevant regulator for a specific use in a specific population, and used in medicine accordingly.
- Investigational use. A product or use under study. The outcome is genuinely unknown, including the possibility that it does not help.
- Research use. Material prepared and characterised for laboratory research, not intended for use in people.
- Future scientific potential. Directions researchers consider promising. This is the most speculative category and is never a basis for a medical decision.
4. Regulatory status
Biologic products are subject to regulation, and the applicable requirements differ by product, by intended use and by jurisdiction. Any product Verified Biologics makes available is supplied only in accordance with its applicable regulatory status, and only to recipients qualified to receive it.
Nothing on this website should be read as a statement that any product is approved, cleared, licensed or authorised by any regulatory authority unless that status is stated explicitly for that specific product, including the specific use to which it applies. Verified Biologics is based in Fort Valley, Georgia, and operates under the laws of the United States. The regulatory status of any specific product — and the jurisdictions in which it may lawfully be supplied — is stated with that product and confirmed in writing before any supply.
5. The Verified Standard™ is not a regulatory approval
The Verified Standard™ is Verified Biologics' own statement of the principles it holds itself to. It is not a government approval, a regulatory clearance, an accreditation, a certification issued by an external body, or an indication that any product is effective or approved for any use.
6. Photography and imagery
The people shown in photographs on this website are not Verified Biologics patients, customers or study participants. These images do not depict anyone who received a Verified Biologics product, and they do not represent any medical experience, treatment or outcome. They are present to illustrate why medical research matters to families, and for no other purpose.
Cellular and laboratory imagery is illustrative. It does not depict any specific Verified Biologics product, lot or process unless expressly stated.
7. No testimonials or outcome claims
This website contains no patient testimonials, success rates, outcome statistics, clinical trial results, physician endorsements or before-and-after representations. Where any such material is added in future, it must be accurate, substantiated, and presented with the context required by applicable advertising and healthcare regulation.
8. Third-party information
Where this website refers to third-party manufacturers, laboratories, publications or regulatory bodies, those references are for information. Verified Biologics does not control third-party content and is not responsible for its accuracy. Any external link is provided for convenience and does not imply endorsement.
9. Currency of information
Science, regulation and product information all change. We aim to keep this website current, but no representation is made that every page reflects the latest position at the moment you read it. Product-specific information supplied with a product supersedes anything stated on this website.
