There is a version of this page you have read before. It usually starts with something like “a leading provider of innovative regenerative solutions.” It does not tell you anything.

So here is the honest version.

Curiosity came first

Biologics and regenerative medicine are one of the few areas of medicine where the basic premise still sounds surprising: that the body's own cells and tissues might be understood well enough to be worked with directly. That premise has produced a small number of established treatments, an enormous amount of active research, and — unfortunately — a great deal of overstatement.

The overstatement is the part that bothered us. Not because enthusiasm is wrong, but because it crowds out the thing people actually need, which is clear information.

Then responsibility

Biologic material is not ordinary inventory. Where it came from matters. How it was handled matters. Whether anyone can still answer a question about it in eighteen months matters. Those are not administrative details — they are the difference between a product you can describe and a product you can only hope about.

That is why our name is what it is, and why we wrote down what we mean by it in The Verified Standard™.

And then plain language

We decided early that if we could not explain something clearly, we had no business selling it, sourcing it or writing about it. Every page on this site had to pass one test: would an intelligent person with no medical background understand this after reading it once?

Where the honest answer to a question is “researchers are still working on that,” we say so. It turns out that saying so does not make people trust you less.
